Oh! Chai Boi! 咸菜尾

Chai Boi should be something unique for the Malaysian. In the past, trowing away food is consider bad habbit, and Malaysian chinese try to ultilize the left over by adding salted vege, asam boi etc. into it to boil together again. It turn out to be a dish called “end of the dish” that having complex taste, and we do love it very much.
